Occupational Health Safety and Environment HSE
HSE Policy
Our priority has always been given to health and safety of employees, properties as well environment issues. Health, safety and environmental protection are equally important as company’s business activities, which is HSE policy of our company.
We commit to every of its employees to guarantee their health and safety with the most efforts.
It is mandatory for all the employees including permanent or temporary as well as visitors to job site to receive training on HSE management. Managerial personnel of different levels have their own HSE responsibilities.
Any activities against the HSE regulations are considered as conflict with the said policy. Once occurs, the responsibility of the event will go to the relevant supervisory and the relevant employee also has to share the responsibility.
Employees involved in the project are requested to be well aware of HSE requirements and the responsibility of its improvement, and have every of the activities incorporated with Safety procedures. Included is a safety operating area complying with Owner’s safety regulations in this regard and a safety certificate required for working in a particular location or area which can meet the Owner’s relevant requirements.
سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
لقد كانت أولويتنا دائمًا هي صحة وسلامة الموظفين والممتلكات بالإضافة إلى قضايا البيئة. الصحة والسلامة وحماية البيئة لا تقل أهمية عن الأنشطة التجارية للشركة، وهي سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لشركتنا.
تلتزم بكل من موظفيها بضمان صحتهم وسلامتهم بأكبر قدر من الجهود.
من الضروري لجميع الموظفين بما في ذلك الزائرين الدائمين أو المؤقتين وكذلك زوار موقع العمل تلقي تدريب على إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. يتحمل الموظفون الإداريون من مختلف المستويات مسؤوليات الصحة والسلامة البيئية الخاصة بهم.
تعتبر أي أنشطة ضد لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة تتعارض مع السياسة المذكورة. بمجرد حدوثه، ستنتقل مسؤولية الحدث إلى جهة الأشراف ذات الصلة ويجب على الموظف المعني أيضًا مشاركة المسؤولية.
يُطلب من الموظفين المشاركين في المشروع أن يكونوا على دراية جيدة بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومسؤولية تحسينها، وأن يتم دمج كل الأنشطة مع إجراءات السلامة.
يشتمل على منطقة تشغيل آمنة تتوافق مع لوائح سلامة المالك في هذا الصدد وشهادة سلامة مطلوبة للعمل في موقع أو منطقة معينة يمكن أن تلبي متطلبات المالك ذات الصلة.
تعتبر شركتنا الجودة عاملاً أساسياً وحاسمًا لتحقيق نجاح تنفيذ المشروع، وسوف تنشئ وتحافظ على نظام جودة فعال يعمل بسلامة طوال مدة العقد بالكامل، وهذه هي سياسة الجودة لدينا وهي إلزامية للتطبيق والتشغيل. في ضوء سياسة الجودة هذه، سنقوم بتطبيق صارم للقواعد والمعايير وجميع المواصفات كما هو مطلوب بموجب العقد والممارسة الدولية الجيدة لضمان جودة الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتكليف وجميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد في العقد.
لغرض التشغيل السلس لنظام الجودة، يجب إعداد مجموعة شاملة من إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في غضون شهر واحد بعد إرساء العقد، في حالة حدوث مثل هذه الحالة، يتم تقديمها إلى الشركة للموافقة عليها، وعند الحصول على هذه الموافقة، يجب تطبيق هذه الإجراءات بدقة دون أي تردد.
يتم تعريف جميع العاملين في المشروع بمسؤولياتهم وإلمامهم الكامل بمتطلبات جودة المشروع المحددة. جميع المقاولين من الباطن الذين توظفهم شركتنا مؤهلون ويجب أن يستخدموا أنظمة إدارة ضمان الجودة بمعيار مناسب للأنشطة المتعاقد عليها من الباطن. يجب على جميع البائعين الذين نستخدمهم لتوريد المعدات أو المكونات أو المواد للمشروع أن يطبقوا أنظمة فعالة لضمان الجودة / إدارة التحكم.
تم تصميم المرافق وبناؤها وتركيبها وتشغيلها بطريقة تجعلها آمنة وموثوقة وقابلة للتشغيل والصيانة وفقاً لمتطلبات المواصفات ورسومات الاتصال.
Our company regards quality as fundamental and critical factor for achieving success of the Project implementation and will establish and maintain an effective quality system smooth running throughout of whole Contract duration, and this is our Quality Policy and is mandatory to be applied and operated. In the light of this Quality Policy, we shall strictly apply the codes and standards and all specifications as required by Contract and a good international practice to firmly ensure the quality of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning and all the relevant activities within the Scope of Work identified in Contract.
For the purpose of smooth running of quality system, a comprehensive set of quality assurance and quality control procedures shall be prepared within one month after awarding contract, if such case happens, which shall be submitted to COMPANY for approval, and upon such approval obtained, these procedures shall be applied strictly without any waver.
All personnel working on the Project are given definition of their responsibilities and fully acquainted with the specific Project quality requirements. All subcontractor employed by our company are qualified and shall employ quality assurance management systems of a standard suitable for the subcontracted activities. All vendors used by us for the supply of equipment, components or materials for the Project shall apply effective quality assurance/control management systems.
The facilities are designed, constructed, installed and commissioned in such a way that they are safe and reliable, operatable and maintainable as per the requirements of the specification and contact drawings.
